The videos were extremely helpful in providing examples of effective and ineffective teaching techniques. They also demonstrated that a teacher's attitude towards students can have a profound effect on students' willingness to engage. While I was watching the second video, I realized that smiling makes a huge difference in teaching because it creates a positive learning environment and encourages students to participate without fear.
