In this unit, I studied about how to organize and manage classes in a more successful and effective way. And make sure that we have a friendly class environment, relaxed manner and still maintain discipline. It started with talking about good eye contact, gesture and the voice, then how to group students, how to do classroom arrangement, how to write on the board , how to give individual attention, balance TTT and STT, and how to give instructions,establish rapport and maintain discipline. For each part, it was well analyzed about the reasons, pros and cons, and is given the corresponding advice.
I feel I have benefited a lot from this unit!
