This chapter describes the importance of having a clear and concise Lesson Plan. A lesson plan is made to serve as a guide and not a script. It's important for less experienced teachers to write out a clear lesson plan to include more details. A more experienced teacher may jot just a few. What I learned in this chapter is the need to be organized and to be ready with all the needed materials prior to teaching. Students will know if the teacher is prepared to teach or perhaps did not spend enough time preparing. It may seem cumbersome at first to write out what will be thought and how but with time I think it will become second nature.
