From this unit I learned that there are four types of classes:beginners,individual students,children and business students.Teaching beginners should have clear aims,give them simple instructions,ask lots of questions and be as visual as possible.Individual lessons are usually less formal and the teacher will often be the partner of the students,helping /prompting/working with him/her.So the teacher should use suitable activities for 1-1 lessons.When a teacher teaches children,patient repetition,positive encouragement and frequent praise will be very useful.For business class,to know what the students want is very important.So needs analysis are very necessary.That's what I learned from this unit.
