Being a good teacher is not so easy and definitely, we should realize what we do and how we do everything at work so that our students could achieve great results. It is so important for the teacher to understand and know when he or she needs to change his or her role during the lesson activity. It is so important to define the right student's level of English! Otherwise, this student can face so many difficulties. And of course, one more great issue is the cultural differences. So many teachers work in different countries and they have to be familiar with the cultural background to make the classes more effective.
