This unit tells about classroom management. We need to use eye contact, gesture and voice if we want to convey the message to the students. It is also important to grouping students. It will be good for increasing students talk time. Classroom or seating arrangement is also important. It helps us to teach effectively. Teachers also has to consider their positions in the classroom. I also learnt about giving instructions, establishing rapport and maintaining discipline.
