From this unit I have learned how to improve receptive skills of my students. I have understood how to use different types of reading at the lesson. I find different examples form the unit very useful. Some terms from the unit were new for me, for example skimming and scanning. I think that the example of a typical receptive skills lesson given in the unit is very interesting and one day I willl use it at one of my lessons.
