Now we're learning about the more focused types of teaching that we will be doing in the classroom environment: That is teaching to people who have never learned English before (Or maybe think they haven't), teaching to children, and teaching to adults who are attempting to learn for business purposes, either for professional development, or because it is the requirement of their job. The chapter covers what to do in different types of classrooms and ways to be most efficient when teaching children, that is issues of discipline, keeping them interested, and varying based on the situation. For Business students it involves making more of a contract with them, establishing what they need to learn, and what the teacher is going to do in order to help them achieve those goals.
