This unit provided a helpful structure for planning lessons and helped me realize the importance of it in organizing the class and acting as a record for material taught. The lesson plan should include the learner objections which will tell me what the students should know by the end of the lesson, language points which is the theme of the lesson, anticipated problems that will help streamline the class, and finally the procedure and timing of the class and its different phases. Such an outline will assist me in preparing for my classes.
