Unit 20, the final unit in this course, is about troubleshooting and some basic tips to starting classes in the beginning of my TEFL career. We covered the importance of the first few classes t a new school/year, building rapport, and how to deal with problems such as differing skill levels within the class. The important part is to connect, have rapport and keep the class stress free as possible while keeping everyone on task. Thank you so much!
