Unit twenty contained information for EFL teachers on how to deal with common problem situations, how to start first lessons, and how to warm up students for a lesson. Furthermore, it explained how teachers could manage classes of students with different levels in English as well as large classes. One important issue was whether instructors should use students' native language or not. Finally there were tips and instruction about dealing with reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts. The whole unit content was very important and essential for all EFL teachers.
