This unit describes how to organize and manage a class in order to have a friendly and relaxed environment that encourages the students’ learning. It gives advice on how teachers should use their voice and non-verbal communication and how they should arrange the classroom depending on the activity they want to have. It also faces the discipline topic listing some ways that could prevent students’ bad behaviour.
I found very helpful reading about the ways to avoid unnecessary TTT, especially the one that encourages teachers to keep it simple by using a language that is below the level being taught.
