This unit discusses about the books and materials which are often used by the teacher in teaching. Generally, a course book is used as a material for learning in the class. However, the course book is not always used by the teacher since some of the topics may not be suitable to the level of the learners, so therefore, the teacher would recourse to creating his/her own material which suits the level of the language learners. On the other hand, I agree that the course book is advantageous as it saves the teacher from figuring out ways to teach the students since the course book provide guidelines for teaching and consuming time to answer the progress tests as a guide in checking the students' answers to the exercises in the book since the course book provides answers as well.
