The two videos illustrate the difference between a good ESL lesson and a bad one.
The first video is "the bad lesson". A teacher comes into the classroom almost unprepared, it is obvious. Most of the lesson he makes students act and it looks like they almost do his job.
The second video is "a good lesson". The teacher had everything ready for a class. The students look motivated and respectful. The teacher uses different methods, he tells, asks, conducts a game. Apart from that, the teacher is polite towards students.
