The first two parts of this unit (modal verbs and passive voice) I find to be two of the easier grammar lessons, though this may or may not be true depending on the student and their native language. The third part (Phrasal verbs) was much more difficult and I can see why students would have an issue with the grammar. That grammar should definitely be taught to more advanced level students that have the vocabulary and grammar knowledge to tackle the information.
