In this first video, I've learned what a teacher shouldn't do during a lesson. For example, belittling students, showing no signs of encouragement, and not properly explaining the grammar or activity. What I thought was especially important to note, was that a teacher should never have a bad attitude because it can greatly affect the outcome of the students learning in that class. By watching the second video which was more effective in terms of teaching the target grammar and the overall attitude of both students and teacher, I also learned that a well structured lesson plan will also help with a smooth and effective class. In my opinion, the ESA structure was used very well and produced a lively class eager to participate and learn.
