I have learned in this unit that teachers must be creative when choosing the materials to use in class. Teachers must not limit themselves to following everything that’s written on the book because there are also factors that need be considered when choosing the materials like if these would cater to the students’ skills, needs and interests or not. Teachers can always modify and create their own style.
