In the sixtenth unit of our ITTT course titled "Conditionals and Reported Speech" we learned about the different forms of conditionals which are sentences with 'if' and reported speech which consists of direct sentences. In the first section, we learned about zero conditional form of if/when + present tense, first conditional form of if + present simple, second conditional form of if + past simple + would/could/might, third conditional form of if + past perfect + would/could/might, and mixed conditional of if + past perfect. The second section talked about teaching idea activities which included split sentences, complete the conditional, what a question, nuclear bunker role play, and what would happen if. The third section talked about the different forms of reported speech which include verb tenses that report things to people, pronouns that help to denote who is talking, and teaching ideas such as intermediaries which consist of a group of three individuals talking with one another, reporting verbs which consist of thinking of verbs to replace the reporting verbs, and media interviews which consist of watching interviews with prominent individuals.
