I found this unit incredibly helpful because, learning from experience, grammar can be the best thing or worst thing to teach. Students either get a rush or bore from learning the grammatical side of languages. I really enjoyed learning about the different aspects between the Engage, Activate and Study stages, and like that there are many useful examples for each one. The straight arrow and patchwork methods are a really cool way to switch up the teaching styles to not exhaust the students on one particular method. Lastly, the guideline for selecting vocabulary is something that I plan to keep handy when making a lesson because it's easy to select vocabulary that's either too complex or too basic for the students, so I find that section very helpful.
