In this unit I learnt about the importance of a teacher's attitude in the success of a class. A teacher has to be well organised, clear and must have an encouraging attitude towards students in order to motivate participation from them. In video 1, the teacher creates confusion in the class which intimidates students and as a result they lose interest in participating in the lesson. In the second video the teacher demonstrated how to handle errors made by students and correct them without offending by maintaining a positive attitude and connecting with them cordially.When students understand whether what is expected out of them and when they understand the lesson point, they participate enthusiastically and confidently .To get the desired outcome from a class, the teacher should manage the class well.
