The 2 videos were very different. It was good to watch the first video and observe the teacher-student relationship during this lesson. It was obvious that the students were a little intimidated with his constant talking and slightly aggressive attitude. He was making negative comments throughout the very short class, and I could tell that the students felt this negativity. The second video portrayed a much better method for teaching the students as the teacher was much more positive when speaking with the students and teaching his class. He was much more engaging with the students in the second video, and they felt more comfortable speaking English during this class. These 2 videos are a great teaching method to show learners what not to do and what works with students who are learning English such as the students in this class.
