After watching the videos with different ways of teaching, I can say that in the first lesson the teacher does not pay attention to students' level of English and their knowledge. I think if he did an ice-breaker activity, he would make them feel more relaxed and active. I didn't see any engaging activities there thus the students were intimidated. I liked the second lesson where the teacher was in a good mood and made students laugh.
