It showed how the teacher has control on the understanding and engaging of the students. On the first lesson it was very clear to see that the teacher wasn't paying attention to the understanding of the students and wasn't being flexible when needed.
He wasn't clear and the general feeling of the lesson wasn't comfortable because for example he was mean and judgmental when a student made a mistake.
In the second video it felt like the students are enjoying the class and understanding the content of the lesson and it is because the teacher this time, did pay attention if the students didn't understand or needed some more explanations to make it clear. He spoke loud and clear and was even funny sometimes to make the students feel comfortable and enjoy the class and that might even help them gain some more motivation.
