This unit was very helpful to me as I am a first time teacher, so I find learning how lesson planning works and the most effective way to prepare for a lesson to be very useful. I have conducted outdoor programs for students in a past job where we made a kind of lesson plan before every program, so this unit was not to new to me. I really liked the idea of doing a self evaluation form after the lessons as well, so then you can have files along with the lesson plan of how the lesson actually worked. This unit also reestablished and helped me with seeing how the ESA systems work in the classroom and with lesson planning.
