This unit has taught me that a teacher must be able to inspire confidence in a student. They must be able to know what role they need to play in a given situation or activity without overpowering the students or leaving them uncertain. I've learnt that Classroom management is a delicate balancing act of skills in organizing/managing, having a friendly relaxed manner and managing discipline. I have also learned a lot about effective classroom arrangement and grouping.
