As an effective teacher we must be prepared for the worst scenario that will happen in our classroom. Always carry a hand ball or dice, set of role play cards, etc. before entering our classroom to have an interesting and enjoyable class. In the first lesson, there are two groups of class, the new group are the students they don’t know each other and needs to work out to build rapport. In the existing group they are the students who are more familiar with each other and do some activities to ignite them to participate.There are a lot of warmer activities ready to use before the class to get students motivated using English. There are some other groups that create classroom problems like different levels, larger classes, reluctant students and difficulties with listening text. In this chapter all the problems were given an effective solution.
