This Unit guide us how to control the progress of teaching activity and management classroom efficiently to EFL teacher. To learn the skill of organising and managing the classroom is very import that would be helpful to carry out the teaching smoothly with good maintaining of disciplinary. Different techniques are introduced in the unit such as using right eyes contact, gesture and voice. Also I learn something about grouping students, classroom arrangement and how to give individual attention fairly. To become a good English teach I also aware the importance of establishing rapport with students. The last thing is how to maintaining discipline in classroom. What I think is make the English class more interesting then students willing to learn is the key point to keep good discipline. We can not push anybody do things good if they don’t like isn’t it?
