I found this unit a little lacking: it is fairly short and I don't feel it covers a wide range of material pertaining to tests and evaluations. I think it would have been nice to not only cover the different kinds of tests, but also the different kinds of questions you see in those tests (multiple choice, short answer, etc) and discuss the pros/cons of each of those, to figure out how to best form a well rounded test. While the example placement test kind of touches on that, I feel like we could have gone into deeper detail with what really makes up a test, not just what kind of tests there are. Most of the unit was taken up by example of external examinations, and while I personally find that is nice general information to have, I didn't think we needed to be tested on it....!
