The ESA approach will add to my lesson planning as it is a simple, yet complete breakdown of a class lecture. The various activities given for each stage like engage, study and activate along with the level of students they can be applied on is of great assistance. The correction codes and the sensitivity of the learner's is often ignored by the teachers, thus unit time and again emphasized on its importance reminding us to be positive towards errors and correct them firmly, but subtly.
