In this Unit we learned about Teaching Productive Skills. These skills including speaking and writing. It was good to know that during the Activate stage that students don't have to be perfect, that fluency matters more than accuracy. This, I find, is less intimidating from a teaching standpoint. It's good to know that there's flexibility. I did like the list of examples of how to correct students but in a positive ways. I also especially liked the list of games that could be used to get students engaged. I can see that making class more fun and engaging will be helpful.
