Dealing with a class is a very serious issue.
I would like to build a trustful environment for my students to be in the future and establish rapport within my class because in my opinion its key for having good ad valuable lessons.
There are issues that I cannot control like my students motivation, age, nationality and personal problems but I think it is still under my control as a teacher like encouraging a slightly "weaker" student by asking him a question I know he/she would know the answer to and show appreciation when he/she answers correctly.
It is also very important to learn all of my students names.
I hope my relationship with my students will be great so that will allow them to learn a lot in my lessons.
