This unit was really enjoyable because as the subject says it gave me a diversity of ideas for handling common problems that arise in the classroom. And good techniques on how to establish rapport from the first lessons or your first approach to the students. And I think that your own intuition, experience, and creativity in handling classroom situations plays an important factor that will be far more valuable to apply your own style as an EFL teacher.
