The content of this unit was very informative as it makes clear what the constitutes a good teacher and what exactly is expected of a teacher (the roles). It also makes clear what constitutes a good learner, thus as a teacher, you can see who is being a 'good' leaner in our class and who needs some motivation to be a 'good' learner.
