In this Unit we learned about Teaching Receptive skills. It was edifying to learn that reading and listening are just as important as speaking when learning a new language. I liked learning that creating interest was essential because I've found I learn more in classes when the teacher/professor isn't just teaching about what they want to talk about. It's always better to engage. I liked the different lesson materials that were included, as I learned that they can be visually engaging and fun.
