Process on how a teacher engages a student will have a huge impact on how students react to the lesson. As much as possible we have to be polite, respectful but authoritative in a way that students will still maintain focus and respect to the teacher. There is a saying that you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. This applies to teaching as well. We have to understand that these students came to us to learn and not be intimidated. We as teachers should make studying English fun and interesting.
