This unit has some interesting and helpful points. The section covering how to establish rapport is very important. It provides very useful techniques for teachers. I particularly like using Ice-breakers, having the students get to know each other, changing the groups, and also the nice reminder of how important it is to smile and be positive. I reflect back on my primary and secondary school experiences and some teachers were simply going through the motions and offered very little positivity. Another tip that I found quite useful and had not considered was a teacher responds to behaviour problems that he/she should reprimand the student in private, ideally after the class.
