In this unit, we learned the future tenses, which wraps up the three tenses (we already learned the present and past tenses). From the three units discussing tenses, the future tenses were the easiest for me to pick up (surprisingly) as it seems like the lesson was more straight-forward (either that or I've just gotten used to the lesson format for tenses). This unit seems like it will be most useful in conversation because we hardly ever talk about what we did or what we are doing. More often, we talk about things we want to do or are going to be doing, etc. Something I think will be useful for the course, is if there was a test just on covering all the tenses (as opposed to testing on one tense at a time) after completing the future tenses lesson. In this way, we can confirm that we are able to differentiate between the three tense categories. If there is a test after, covering all three tenses, students may also have more time to review and will feel more comfortable with the material (in comparison to how they feel after reading over and understanding that individual lesson).
