Unit 5 question 21 I would like to point out that question 1 is not in the reading: Which of the following options is NOT an example of a good use of gestures? The section on gestures only list some effective and useful ones such as: convey the meaning of a language, manage the class, to add visual interest, increase pace of lesson, and reduce need for verbal explanation. Watch the wording for that question, it is definitely confusing and lead me to some confusion. *I would like to point out that the answers for question 5- both answers provided by the answer when it states: 1. When the students are reading. 2. When giving instructions. 3. During a study stage activity with controlled practice. ---> This can be interpreted as "Checking work in progress") nonetheless, the most clear answer I found, was the "Reading activities" and so I put that as my answer. *Watch the wording w/ question 11! This question was quite confusing. IN the unit, the last point stated is the “the respect between the teacher and student”. But, I am unsure if you mean THAT, or which one is UNLIKELY (aka none of the answers provided at all). Due to this confusion, I choose the last answer – even though it was NOT in the Unit. The degree to which a teacher will have to maintain discipline in the classroom will LEAST likely depend on which of the following factors? 1. The class size. 2. The rapport between student and teacher. 3. The age of the students. 4. The school’s code of conduct. 5. The English language level of the students you are teaching. 6. *Number 16 did not have a clear answer. On page 10, there is just 4 points. And There was no a clear answer.
