In these two lessons, I can see clearly that a teacher's behavior and his/her teaching strategy will apparently effect students' learning. In the first class, the teacher was late and had no interaction with students, so they had a really bad rapport. Teacher should not use the very complicated words to explain or indicate the language point, that really caused students even more confused. And in the activate phase, there is too much Teacher Talk Time but not enough Student Talk Time, the activity as a whole class activity really reduced the STT and the teacher didn't give clear instruction to the activity and that caused the students has no idea how to do it properly. And of course, with the teacher saying "this team win because i like this team" this is not fair and caring to the whole class.
