This is probably been the most helpful tool so far because I learn by example. So to see how a teacher should and should not behave in a classroom was very effective for me. I was able to take notes on what I noticed the teacher doing and his attitude in the first and second videos and which ones I thought I would follow and which ones I would toss out the window. There are many things stilll to learn about this type of teaching and it doesn’t make me less nervous about having my own classroom- but to know that I can do it and I have an example to fall back on in my mind is very comforting.
