For learning this unit,I know the relationship between teachers and students.For teacher not only request them have a very good knowledge of the subject,but also should care about students’ feelings.For teacher should know how to manage class how to encourage their students,how to support students when they need help or encouragement. For students they should have positive attitudes for learning a new skill. Depends on different levels different experience and different ages,students’ need are totally different,so for teacher maybe that is one of the difficult part of that job, but on the other hand ,there will be more challenges then other jobs.
