The most important thing I learnt from this unit was that being simple and well structured, being as exact as possible about timing - anticipating how long an activity might last is more important that giving details about a lesson. I did teach before and I almost wrote a script about a demo class I wanted to do but later I discovered that it makes me really tired and unwilling to read it and it was not really not helpful to train for that demo class.
