The lesson plan is very necessary for me. Especially when I teach a new topic or new grammar. On the lesson plan, the objectives is the first thing I write done. After that, I always focus on the different activities, following the ESA structure. Another part that matters a lot to me is the time I predict to spend on each activity. Predicting the time, and plan some backup activities. I do believe the experience will help a lot later when I go further, then I will have better timing skills.
