I am new in this business since I am a nurse in my country and I have no specific training about being an English teacher. I just became an English teacher since April this year. I am an Assistant Language Teacher here in Ibaraki Ken. I find this topic very relatable and important since I am teaching Young Learners. I have been told from the very beginning that I have to use constant praises to elevate the student's confidence and motivation. I am currently handling 4 differrent schools, with this I have a some experience .The information given in this unit are very acurate and useful.
