In this unit, I learnt about how to arrange a class. For example, manage seats, manage activities, manage the position of a teacher, and how show care to every student who is in my class. There are a lot of rules to learn and many principles that I should maintain it. In a class, not only teach students some knowledge but also should take a advantage of this to build a good relationship with students. In a class, try my best to make that class relaxed and interested and more attractive to students. Also for myself,a teacher should know how to make a perfect class and how to clarify our position in that class. Therefore we can achieve a win win situation for both teachers and students.
