I have learnt a lot about features of good teachers and learners which I believe is going to be helpful to deliver my lessons. In the process of learning, there are numerous roles that play a significant role towards making it a successful, pleasurable and constructive process. I have learnt from this unit that teachers should care about her teaching and moreover learning of her students as they are those who set the tone of a great learning environment. However, it also depends on the way that the learners take their learning into serious consideration. Therefore, learning is an interactive process which requires good teachers and good learners to achieve outcomes.
