In the first video, the students are very confused but they are trying to participate. The teacher, on the other hand, is rude and unprofessional in manner. He did not start by engaging the students. He did not build rapport at first. No proper structure in class. The teacher is rude, wiping his nose and pointing fingers. The teacher is not using the proper capitalization of letters while writing on board. He rushes things. He gives rude comments and unfair judgment on which group wins. Then he did not properly close the class, he just walks out.
On the other hand, the second video started with self-introduction. Then ask the students name first while smiling and trying to build rapport. Then proceed to engage phase. He encourages interaction by pairwork. The second video is very informational, I even learned a lot. He eliminated rude gestures like pointing fingers, wiping his nose, and pointing fingers. He obviously using correct capitalization. And the board is not as messy as the first video.
