In this unit I learned about multiple ESA lesson types such as boomerang, straight arrow, and patchwork and what activities are appropriate for each phase. I think that performing some of these class activities such as debates and having the students communicate with each other to get tasks done will be very beneficial to keep the class engaged and interested in learning English; much more so than just lecturing the class.
