This unit was a great introspection into the dynamics between many learners and many teachers. It went over the nuances of many of them. For example, I have learned being a manager during the entire course may not be the best option. For many learners they can become unmotivated, and find it difficult to find time to practice with a managing teacher. The most important thing I learned from this unit was that it's important to find a balance, and to understand the needs of your students. You may be teaching two different groups in one day, and their needs and how they learn vary drastically from each other, and it's important to understand the different teaching styles.
Equally, it's important to understand how to effectively implement these different teaching styles so that the teacher can best provide for their students.
