This unit was an informative overview of conditionals and converting direct speech to reported speech. I especially appreciated the information on the distinction between conditionals. Of course, the structure and usage of these conditionals comes natural as a native speaker, but I was unfamiliar with the five common types of conditionals and how to differentiate them from one another. This unit also offered practical teaching and learning advice for writing reported speech. It was very helpful to learn the rules for reported speech because that was another aspect of the English language I took for granted.
